Ingredients :

For the chocolate layer:
½ banana, sliced, frozen
¾ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 cup nonfat milk or nondairy milk of your choice like almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, etc.
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon chia seeds
For the banana layer:
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
½ banana, sliced, frozen
1/8 cup nonfat milk or nondairy milk of your choice like almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, etc.
½ teaspoon chia seeds
For the strawberry layer:
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
4 strawberries, frozen
1/8 cup nonfat milk or nondairy milk of your choice like almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, etc.

Directions :

1. To make the chocolate layer: Blend banana, cocoa, milk, protein powder, and chia seeds until smooth and thick.
2. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
3. To make the banana layer: Blend banana, milk, protein powder, and chia seeds until smooth and thick.
4. Pour the smoothie gently into the glass over the chocolate layer. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
5. To make the strawberry layer: Add strawberries, milk, and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie over the banana layer. Place the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
6. Serve.
