Ingredients : 

1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed
¾ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup grated red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ pounds lean ground pork
¼ cup grated red onion
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
12 small dinner rolls, split

Directions : 

1. Mix all the salsa ingredients. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Traeger grill for direct cooking over 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C.
3. Mix the patty ingredients lightly, then form 12 patties, each measuring about 3 inches in diameter. The prepared patties won’t be tender if the meat is overly compacted.
4. Create a small indentation in the center of the patties that is approximately ½ inch broad with your thumb or the back of a spoon. This will assist in ensuring equal cooking and stop the prepared patties from blowing up on the grill.
5. Grill the patties for 6 to 8 minutes with the hood closed, flipping once halfway through.
6. Toast the rolls in the final minute of cooking. Take the prepared patties off the hot grill and place them in the buns with the salsa you like on top.
7. Serve right away.
